Article XII. SPECIAL ACTS 1961, ACT NO. 404—RETIREMENT CREDIT FOR ASSISTANT TOWN CLERK  


An act concerning retirement credit for the assistant town clerk of the Borough of Naugatuck.

Be it enacted by the senate and house of representatives in general assembly convened:

The assistant town clerk of the Borough of Naugatuck, in office as of January 19, 1961, shall, as of the time of her salary is paid by said borough, become a member of the retirement system of said borough with rights accruing from her initial employment by the borough October 1, 1935, upon payment by said assistant town clerk to the pension fund of an amount to be determined by the mayor and burgesses of said borough.
